Dr. Hutchinson Named Chairman of the Tucson Osteopathic Medical Foundation

Jerry H. Hutchinson, Jr., DO, FACOI, a Tucson Hospitalist with Arizona Inpatient Medicine Associates, serving as an acute care inpatient physician at several Tucson area hospitals, has been elected Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Tucson Osteopathic Medical Foundation.


Dr. Hutchinson is a board certified physician and a 1985 graduate of A.T. Still University - Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, Missouri, serving his internship and residency at Tucson General Hospital in Tucson, AZ.

The Tucson Osteopathic Medical Foundation has, since 1986, provided more than $2,000,000 to non-profit organizations and has recently reinstated the Trustee Awards, a grant program providing funding for public health projects in Arizona. It also operates programs in medical education for interns, residents and practicing physicians and public education programs to create a clear community understanding of the healthcare issues facing Tucson.
