In order to fulfill the Foundation's mission to advance community health care issues, a Trustee Award in the amount of $1,000 will be awarded each month beginning in January, 2013 to unique and meaningful projects that function to improve public health. Projects that are unique and demonstrate potential to make a meaningful impact are preferred. Submit your application now!
