The Foundation |
The mission of Tucson Osteopathic Medical Foundation (TOMF) is:
| Established in 1986, TOMF was created from the sale of Tucson General Hospital, Southern Arizona’s osteopathic teaching hospital and an institution deeply rooted in medical education and community care. As a conversion foundation, TOMF carries that legacy forward with purpose by operating programs that directly fulfill its mission. Today, TOMF is an independent, private operating foundation with an endowment of more than $11 million. Through thoughtful stewardship of these resources, the Foundation supports programs, partnerships, and initiatives that strengthen physicians, enhance patient care, and address the evolving public health needs of our region. Guided by our past and focused on the future, TOMF remains committed to building a healthier, more connected community. |
